Polar bear Lamingtons Cupcakes
How cute do these Polar bear Cupcakes look! Almost too cute to eat.
Here’s what you’ll need
- Great Temptations Lamingtons
- Desiccated coconut
- Black and white fondant icing
Roll out the white fondant icing and cut out some circles as this will form the polar bear's face. Pinch the edge of the icing circles into places to create the polar bear's ear. With the rest of your icing, roll it into small balls to make the nose.
Stick the balls onto the cakes using water or a small amount of icing. Once in place, cover the Lamingtons in more desiccated coconut to coat them completely.
Then, take the black fondant icing and roll out enough balls for the noses and smaller balls for their eyes. You can use a little bit of writing icing to stick these in place and create their cute faces!
